Sisters, Jules and Libby Capsey started ‘Libby’s Larder’ in May 2020. Their dream was to create a ‘premium’ clotted cream on the Surrey/Sussex boarder to supply local customers. Their mission was to reduce food miles by encouraging people to shop locally, thereby maintaining the freshest quality whilst bringing the farm closer to the customer. Since then, their product range has expanded with further exciting plans in the future.
At Libby’s Larder our cows are milked twice a day. As soon as the first cows enter the milking parlour the magic begins. Milk is filtered and diverted to the processing room where nothing is added to the milk to produce our finest milk, cream and butter.
Our milk travels a maximum of 5 metres from the milking parlour to the pasteurisation tank, where it is gently pasteurised, but not homogenised, to ensure the natural flavours of the milk are retained. It is then bottled immediately ready for you to enjoy a matter of hours after milking takes place.
By purchasing milk in glass bottles you are minimising your use of single-use plastics. Therefore, we ask that you bring your empty bottle back to the Larder, each time you visit.
The vending machine takes card or coin payment

Please ensure your bottles are washed with hot soapy liquid or put through the dish washer to ensure they are sterilised before bringing them back to The Larder to be refilled.
